Last updated: 11 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how YOU® Real Estate (“YOU”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website and services in Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
1. Information we collect
- Details you give us — your name, email, phone number and any message you send when you register, request a viewing, or list a property.
- Property details — address, photos, price and description when you submit a listing.
- Usage information — pages you visit, listings you view or save, and basic device and browser information.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and arrange viewings, rentals, sales, and property services.
- To publish and manage listings you have approved.
- To send updates and monthly insights you have signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To improve our website, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with property owners, buyers or tenants involved in your enquiry, trusted service providers who help us run our services (such as hosting and email), and authorities where the law requires it.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and your browser’s local storage to remember your preferences, such as your selected currency, saved listings and sign-in. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
7. International transfers
Because we operate in several countries, your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When this happens we take steps to protect it in line with applicable data-protection laws.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your password safe.
