Data deletion

You can ask YOU Real Estate to delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time, including data received when you signed in with Facebook or Google.

How to request deletion

1. Email sales@yourealestate.net from the address you use with YOU, with the subject Delete my account.
2. Tell us the name on the account. If you signed in with Facebook or Google, mention which one.
3. We confirm by email and delete your account, saved homes, listings and enquiries within 30 days. Records we must keep by law are kept only as long as required.

Remove YOU from Facebook

You can also remove our app from your Facebook account: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → YOU Real Estate → Remove.
