Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use yourealestate.net and its Arabic version (“YOU”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or creating an account, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What YOU does
YOU Real Estate is a real estate consultancy that lists homes, offices and projects for sale and rent in Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, and connects buyers and tenants with our advisors, developers, brokers and owners. Unless a listing says otherwise, YOU is not the seller or landlord of the property.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can sign up with your email, Google or Facebook. When you use Google or Facebook we receive your name, email address and profile picture only.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
3. Listings and information
- Prices, sizes, payment plans, delivery dates, maintenance fees and availability come from developers, owners and brokers and can change without notice. Always confirm them before you pay or sign anything.
- “Verified by YOU” means our team reviewed the listing details and photos before publishing. It is not a legal, structural or title inspection.
- Mortgage and payment calculators give estimates only. They are not financial advice or an offer of credit.
- Photos, renders and master plans may be illustrative.
4. If you list a property
- You confirm that you own the property or are authorised to market it, and that your details, prices and photos are true and yours to share.
- You allow YOU to publish, edit for clarity, translate and promote your listing on the site and in YOU marketing while it is live.
- We may review, edit, decline or remove any listing, for example if it is inaccurate, duplicated or no longer available.
- Companies that claim a developer page confirm they represent that company.
5. Enquiries, viewings and stays
When you send an enquiry, book a viewing or request a stay, we share your contact details with the YOU advisor and, where relevant, the owner, developer or host so they can reply. A short-stay request becomes a booking only after the host confirms it; prices, deposits, house rules and cancellation terms shown on the listing apply. Any purchase, rental or stay agreement is between you and the seller, landlord or host.
6. Acceptable use
Do not post false, misleading or illegal content; copy or scrape the site; send spam; try to access other accounts or our systems; or use the site to harm others. Do not use another person’s photos or listings without permission.
7. Intellectual property
The YOU name, logo, design and site content belong to YOU Real Estate or its licensors. You may view and share listings for personal use; any other use needs our written permission.
8. Liability
We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it is always complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, YOU is not liable for decisions you make based on listings, or for losses arising from agreements between users, developers, owners or hosts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your account at any time: see Data deletion.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
