Palm Hills’ story began with Palm Hills October, a 4 million m² community in 6th of October City. The company’s West Cairo portfolio has since grown to include Badya, a 3,000-acre fully integrated city; PX, set across 373 acres on the highest hill in 6th of October; Palm Parks; and the exclusive Palm Hills Golf Views villa enclave.

East Cairo & the New Capital

In New Cairo, Palm Hills developed some of the area’s most established communities, including Palm Hills Katameya, the 500-acre Palm Hills New Cairo, Capital Gardens, The Village, The Village Gate, and the newer 97 Hills. In the New Administrative Capital, it is developing Village de la Capitale.

The Hacienda Coast

On the North Coast, Palm Hills built one of Egypt’s best-known resort brands: Hacienda.
