About SODIC
SODIC (Sixth of October Development and Investment Company) has been one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers since 1996. Its story began with modern communities in West Cairo, then grew to East Cairo and the North Coast, building a portfolio of more than 50 upscale projects across the country. Over the years, SODIC has gone beyond development to offer sales, leasing, and full property management for residential and commercial units.
In 2021, Abu Dhabi’s Aldar Properties acquired a majority stake in SODIC, placing the company under the guidance of one of the region’s largest real estate groups.
