North Bay – El Gouna

Spanning approximately 440,000 m², the masterplan is centered around a 140,000 m² lagoon connected directly to the open sea. Residences are designed by architect Víctor Legorreta with open-plan layouts that connect indoor and outdoor living.

Homes at North Bay offer access to private boat docks, with the option for a dock to be shared between two residences on request, while many homes also feature private swimming pools.

The community includes a social hub and landmark public pavilion with a clubhouse, gym and spa, alongside sports facilities, outdoor swimming pools, security and maintenance services.

Residences are delivered fully finished, with payment plans based on a 15% down payment and the remaining balance paid through quarterly instalments over five years.
