Waterway West

Spanning 47 feddans (approximately 198,000 m²), the masterplan brings together residential, commercial, administrative and hospitality components within an integrated West Cairo destination.

The residential component has been designed around low-density living, with only 15% of the residential land built up and approximately 85% dedicated to open spaces and water features.
