The Location

East Vale sits in Mada City in the Mostakbal City area, along the Cairo–Suez Road corridor. It’s about 5 minutes from the New Administrative Capital, 20 minutes from the American University in Cairo (AUC), and 30 minutes from Cairo International Airport. Residents have easy access to the Middle Ring Road, Al Amal Axis, and El Robiky Road, connecting them quickly to New Cairo, El Shorouk, and the rest of East Cairo.

A World-Class Design Team

The masterplan was designed by EDSA, a world-class master planning firm, with architecture and interiors by PBD Architects of Sydney. Only 13% of the land is built, with 20,000 m² of water features and 20 acres dedicated to recreation. The community is primarily low-rise, with single-family homes making up 85% of the project. The architectural language combines pattern, sleek geometry, and nature-infused, Scandinavian-inspired design.
