The Location

A Masterplan Built Around Nature

The masterplan was created with Sasaki, the renowned Massachusetts-based design firm, with 84% of the land dedicated to open and green spaces. At its heart is a 26-acre garden for picnics and family time, alongside a 2 km green spine lined with shops, cafés, sports zones, and play areas, and a 15-acre ravine walking space. Swimming pools and water bodies are spread throughout the community.

Club S
