Solare

Solaré is Misr Italia Properties’ signature resort on Egypt’s North Coast, spread across 386 acres in Ras El Hekma. Inspired by Italian coastal architecture, it’s designed as a series of islands floating over water, with homes rising across eight levels of terraced landscape so that the sea is part of the view from almost everywhere.

The Location

Solaré sits at Km 199 on the International Coastal Road, with easy access from Fouka Road. It’s about 3 hours from Cairo, 2 hours from Alexandria, and 40 minutes from Sidi Abdel Rahman.

Designed Around the Water

The resort rises about 30 meters above sea level, and that elevation is what makes it special: around 80% of homes enjoy water views, and around 60% have direct access to the water. Solaré offers a 1 km stretch of white sandy beach, more than 100,000 m² of swimmable lagoons including private lagoons, and 18 swimming pools in different sizes and styles for every age group.

Life at Solaré

At the heart of the resort is the Solaré Clubhouse, set on a 60,000 m² lagoon and reached directly from the main boulevard. The beach comes with its own beach club, fine dining, and a dedicated kids’ area. Two international boutique hotels bring hotel-style hospitality and concierge services. A sports area offers football, tennis, and multi-purpose courts, while the commercial district, built around narrow, winding alleys in the style of an Italian village, combines shops, restaurants, and water views. Bike lanes and children’s play areas round out the experience.

The Neighborhoods

Solaré is made up of distinct neighborhoods, each with its own character. Ciano surrounds 30,000 m² of swimmable lagoons with kayaking and non-motorized boating. Cielo features multiple pools, natural water features, and wide open spaces. Lumera is a quieter, cozy zone with cafés, shops, and pools. Other neighborhoods include Hilltop Chalets, Olive Oasis, Sicily Lagoon, Maison Solaré, Club Hill, and Amare Seafront.
